The National Changing Diabetes Program® is a demonstration of Novo Nordisk’s Triple Bottom Commitment to social responsibility and changing diabetes® in the U.S. Our vision is clear: changing diabetes and improviing the lives of people affected by this disease by creating change in the U.S. system of health care.
